The Ru mallow-shaped brush washer is covered with a beautiful soft and translucent greyish blue glaze suffused with a matrix of iron wire crackles. Supported on a short tapered foot, the extended bottom extends sharply and curl up to a slightly averted rim, resembling a chrysanthemum flower. The foot ring is unglazed. Diameter 17 cm. (6.7 In.)
